Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Restocking Fee A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and processing costs.
Condition of Returned Items Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Non-Returnable Items All products in our store are eligible for return, provided they meet the conditions above.
